- A Chrome browser extension for viewing salary estimates on LinkedIn
- A web application for managing saved profiles and viewing insights
- Premium features available through paid subscriptions
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

Salary Estimates Disclaimer
Important: The salary estimates provided by PayPeek are for informational purposes only. These estimates are generated using algorithms that analyze publicly available data and should not be considered as:
- Actual salary information for any individual
- Guaranteed or verified compensation data
- Professional financial or career advice
- A basis for employment decisions
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any salary estimates. Actual compensation may vary significantly based on factors not captured in our analysis.
Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayPeek and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
- Damages arising from any decisions made based on salary estimates
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayPeek and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
