Our Commitment
PayPeek is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to achieve these goals.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
PayPeek is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the application
- Screen reader compatibility with semantic HTML
- Alternative text for images and icons
- Sufficient color contrast ratios for text readability
- Focus indicators for interactive elements
- Responsive design that works on various screen sizes
- Dark mode support for reduced eye strain
Known Issues
We are aware that some parts of PayPeek may not be fully accessible. We are working to address these issues and improve accessibility. Known issues include:
- Some complex data visualizations may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- Certain interactive elements may require mouse interaction
- Some third-party integrations may not meet accessibility standards

Assessment Approach
PayPeek assessed the accessibility of our website through self-evaluation and periodic testing. We use automated accessibility testing tools and manual testing to identify and address accessibility issues.
