How do I get started with PayPeek?
Install the PayPeek Chrome extension and sign in with your account. Then, navigate to any LinkedIn profile and click the PayPeek icon to generate salary estimates.
What information does PayPeek use to estimate salaries?
PayPeek analyzes LinkedIn profile data including work experience, education, location, company, and role to provide accurate salary estimates.
How accurate are the salary estimates?
Our estimates are based on comprehensive market data and AI analysis. We provide ranges (lower bound, estimate, upper bound) to account for variations in compensation.
Does PayPeek work on mobile?
No. PayPeek is a browser extension that only works on desktop. Add PayPeek from the Chrome Web Store and that will get you started.
Features
How do I save profiles?
When viewing a salary estimate, click the bookmark icon to save the profile. You can access saved profiles on the Leaderboard.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export your saved profiles and estimate history as CSV files using the Export buttons on the respective pages.
What is the Usage Log?
The Usage Log shows all API calls, token consumption, costs, and processing times for your account. This helps you track your usage and costs.
Subscription & Billing
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free tier includes 3 estimates per month. Premium provides unlimited estimates, advanced insights, and priority support.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Go to Settings > Subscription and click 'Upgrade to Premium'. You can choose monthly or yearly billing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. Your Premium access will continue until the end of your billing period.
How do I view my billing history?
Navigate to Settings > Subscription to view your billing history and invoices.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
What data does PayPeek collect?
We only collect data necessary to provide salary estimates. This includes LinkedIn profile information you choose to analyze. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Account. This action cannot be undone.
